Our platform has zero tolerance for any activity that facilitates or promotes trafficking, including the solicitation of sexual services, forced labor, or exploitation of vulnerable individuals.

Prohibited Conduct

Users and merchants are strictly prohibited from using our services to:

Engage in, facilitate, or promote any form of human trafficking, including sex trafficking, forced labor, or exploitation.
Solicit or offer sexual services or any content or services that may be associated with commercial sexual exploitation.
Use deceptive, coercive, or fraudulent means to recruit, advertise, or communicate on the platform.

Any account found to be in violation of these rules will be subject to immediate suspension, removal from the platform, and referral to law enforcement where appropriate.

Monitoring and Enforcement

We actively monitor for suspicious patterns and reported content that may suggest trafficking-related activity. This includes, but is not limited to:

Inconsistent or misleading user information
Reports of coercion or abuse,
Content or communications that reference illegal activity.

We reserve the right to investigate all reports of suspicious behavior. If we reasonably believe that a user is involved in trafficking or exploitation, we will:

Immediately disable the account(s) in question,
Preserve relevant data in accordance with our privacy policy,
Report the activity to the appropriate law enforcement authorities or anti-trafficking organizations.

User Reporting and Cooperation with Authorities

Users are encouraged to report any behavior they believe may be related to trafficking or exploitation. Reports can be made confidentially through our designated reporting system, or via email at support@mymember.site

We fully cooperate with law enforcement and authorized government agencies investigating trafficking-related offenses. When legally required or when there is a credible threat to safety, we will share account data, communications, and other relevant information with law enforcement in accordance with our legal obligations and privacy policy.

Training and Awareness

Our team receives ongoing training on identifying and responding to potential trafficking-related behaviors. We maintain internal protocols to ensure timely escalation and appropriate handling of all reports, with a focus on protecting potential victims.

Refunds

Refunds will be handled on a case-by-case basis. Should a refund be issued, all funds will be credited solely to the payment method used in the original transaction.

Harassment

modelfans.academy has the right to terminate a subscription of a member who acts in a harassing manner towards any modelfans.academy staff or any other member. The grounds for termination can be purely subjective and based on the views of modelfans.academy.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Use and any disputes or claims arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, USA.
